Can 99 750ss front fork be adjusted for rebound , compression , etc..?

in standard form, no.

You can get kits for them. If you search around on the forum, there are plenty of posts on it. I had a 750SS and now havge a 620ie race bike. I ended up swapping the front forks out for superbike forks so i could get the adjustment i needed. I just remember there being no adjustment what so ever on the outside of the forks without having to dismantle them....

That being said, i could still lap faster on these standard forks at my local race track then most guys could on jap sports bikes with 40 different adjustable settings

That is torque not forque!

I did the same today on our local twisties, Much quicker end to end than a K1 GSXR, even though my tyres are totally stuffed. New tyres tomorrow, so a good excuse to be forced into scrubbing them in!
