I have done lots of searching and just want to clarify you pull down on the chain and measure the distance from the arm(not the rub block)to the center of the link pin at the approximate center of the chain run?
I think I am looking to far into this it cant be this simple, this being my first single sided swing arm bike I wasnt sure if I did it right since the chain hits the swing arm when pushed up,I am so used to measuring total slack not distance from a given point.

Thanks

You do not want the chain hitting the swing arm, when you tension it, get a mate of the same weight as you to sit on it, roll fowards and backwards, push the chain up and you should idealy get 20mm give for the right tension.
