I got a deep mark on my rear exhaust cam - to much for me to use it.

The engine is MY08 - and I have some spares from a MY07 - but numbers on the cam is different - ZM3 - versus the MY08 ZM4
In the sparepart catalogs - MY07 is 148.2.309.1A and MY08 is 148.2.309.2A

IS there any known difference on those two cams ?

None between the 1098 model. Just a superseded number between model years.
