Hi everyone ~ I installed full system Leo exhaust system on my bike~!

stock air filters and stock ECU~

The thing is ~ my bike sound ~ quiet.....I mean it is louder than the stock

exhaust~ but not much louder...Maybe I was expecting too much~

Is this normal or do I have to do something~to make it louder???....!

any thoughts??????

The Leo EVO III system is not as loud as the Corse system if that is what you are comparing it too.

Buy a Termignoni 54mm full exhaust kit!:D or back the bike into your garage and then listen to it.......that will get the neighbors attention!:D

Your kit includes an insert to deaden the sound. Did yours come with it? And have you taken it out?

Where is there an insert in the system?
It would be in the exhaust tips I believe. I have not seen it myself, but they list it on the site as having an optional insert included with the kit. If it is in the pipes, there should be a small screw of some kind inside the pipe to removes an insert.

are you talking about the DB killer?????

since I read your reply ~ I took another look at my exhaust~ but I couldnt

find any screws~ or any thing that I can open up the exhaust it self~

I mean all the pipes are clear~ there is nothing in it~

god~!!! I just want my bike to sound just little ~ louder~~!!!

The Leo Vince Corse system is the loudest I have heard of any exhausts for the XX9 series.

I think the Zard system is even louder than the LV :D
I believe your opinion is wrong my good sir. The Queen would be upset at such a statement.

I think the Leo Vince full titanium exhaust has the best sound of them all.

I had a couple of exhaust systems with DB killers.
Usually, you have to separate the rear part of the can from the main body.
The common method is to drill the rivets, and then you can easily take it apart.
When putting it back together, you have to use a rivet tool with rivets in the right size.
If you are not sure what or how to do it - go to your favorite mechanic and tell him what you want to do.
Keep in mind that in some cases, once you removed the DB killers, you can't put them back on (it depends on the specific exhaust system).
