We were there when Guy Martin did his run (he痴 a cool guy) and this year Michael Dunlop is going to give it a try. Kind of bummed we will miss meeting up with him

You should be able to leave any time.

To be honest, I would buy a practice day pass during the week and hit the pits with the bikes with all the access you want. Then hit the Friday night street fest to hang out with all of the cool kids.

We raced vintage motorcycles for 2 years in 2014-15. We are very busy until our guys are at the top, on race day. Afterwards, After a celebratory drink (or 2) we get some much needed sleep.

I captured these three vantage bikes in 15 from my viewing area and 1/2-way Campgrounds. Any of them you and your crew?

I had read the Dunlap was going to race and wondered why there was no sign of him on the timing stats. Thanks for posting that.
They reported that the crash led to an injury but no hint of how severe. Hope he's going to be alright.

Hhmmm. It not on the competitors list or qualified running order and looking at his attire, not in proper race uniform (no leathers). I suspect something, but will reserve comment until I ask some friends about it.
