I did not personally buy it. The company I work for paid for it and it will be used for my regular job, so lots of R&D to do on it. I do have access to all of the equipment anytime I want, day night weekend, so I take advantage of that. The amount of technology, software, machines, testing, manufacturing, ect. I deal with on a daily basis is amazing.

So yes, I do have plans, but the day job always comes first.

Have not done much on the SC lately. I finally have everything needed to start getting the engine together.

While I was waiting, I started another project bike, but not as crazy as this one. I really like the carbie 900 bikes, so I did one for myself

I started a build thread on the SS side of things. If you like these bikes like I do, check it out.

Helloooo....
I hope you haven't forgotten about all of us who have read every post with great interest and admiration. Anything going on?

Also, Thank you from all of us for taking the time to put up so many detailed posts, I realize how time consuming and distracting it can be. I for one have never had the patience to document any build I have done.

Currently: '06 ST3s, '95 & '96 M900s, '67 Norton Atlas, '07 KTM 400XCW, a couple of '65 CB450K0, CBR600F3 track toy, '89 NT650 w/Hord 700 kit and more (wife's bike), changes weekly, may not be up to date

Been hanging out in the Super Sport Forum. Build a 900ss over the last year. Just finished it and need to get back on this project as soon as the funds allow it.

I will keep posting once I make some progress

Had the pins REM finished and Microblue coated. They came out super slick.

Talked to Ben fox the other day and sent him out my CNC machined crank custom rods and pistons for final balance.

Just one more task to tackle before assembly. Re do the heads ????

What a ride!

By the good graces of Jeff, I got to ride this wonderful bike.
Great acceleration; almost equal to an S4RS I rode recently, at least in the lower gears. The front end wants to come up in the first 3 gears, easily. The FI mapping is perfect and the throttle response instant.
The handling and the brakes are superb; makes my SS seem pale by comparison. I can see that this would make a great track bike.
Now I have an example to aspire to.
Thanks 848.

Ha, it was good to have you ride it and hear your feedback. However the bike you rode does not have this engine. This one is not yet complete. The bike you rode had my more normal engine spec. The motor in this thread will put the engine you rode to shame. Just wait
