I might try snowtires next winter, those were Dunlop Q4's above, these are Q3's - you're right, they do have a smooth line down the center,...

Speaking of solo tails, does anyone know where this small solo seat and pad is from? Very sleek and sexy...I found it on Pinterest by accident.

Karbaucher Carbon fiber “superlight” seat

https://www.ducati.ms/forums/57-supe...ight-seat.html

Would like one also, the side panels are narrower than all others.

This one looks good?

That Karbaucher looks even shorter than the one above in my pic. Only uses 2 mounting points. I like both.

Only one that's more narrow .... a piece of 2mm (maybe 3mm) aluminum ... or nothing.

** Image #1 = I photoshopped in an aluminum panel.

** Image #2 = nuthin' back there at all.

I'm having second thoughts about the SL type solo seat. I think I'm getting used to this lower Corbin seat. I was afraid it would kink my knees too much, but I haven't had a problem. (Losing 35 lbs in the last 12 months helped too...)

She's slowly turning into a canyon or track ready weapon, just need to do some suspension tuning now.
