Resurfaced my 748 seat. Thoughts?

I decided to do a little something different with my 748L, so I had a custom seat cover made for the bike from the folks at Volcano Racing Seats. Shipping was just a few days (from Italy), and the quality of the product is top notch! The bike is in the middle of a monoposto conversion, which I will do, as soon as all of the parts arrive. Note: I was not a fan of putting "Corse" on the bike, since it is not a Corse model, but I think it gives the Duc a little something extra.

Feel free to give me your opinions (unless you think it sucks. &#x1f92a

Like the fabric, the letters and stripes will look like shit if you ride regularly.

That is actually the one thing that I am afraid of, myself. Especially the white.

Looks good to me. I installed a Luimoto with the Tricolore on my 1198 a couple of years ago and the colors are still holding up fine

Love the fabrics used, love the graphics... pretty much love everything about it. Same thoughts about what will happen to the stitching in the logo's in the long run as @xracer , but other than that, it's pretty awesome looking.

Edit: Nevermind... figured it out.

It’s funny, I’ve actually come to appreciate the worn battle-weary look these days. I much prefer the “survivor” look of old unrestored bikes over the “just rolled off the showroom floor” perfection in bike shows.
So a well worn seat would hold no fear for me, it tells a much more interesting story.

I hate that

..... it's not on my bike 😉

I support the police, just not the spelling ones.

I'll second that. My 996 came to me with a Luimoto cover installed on it. Colors are the same now as when I got the bike. No fade in the red nor green and the white is still white......while I've owned the bike for about 2 years now, I couldn't say when the cover was installed.....sean

Looks great. Just make sure the seat of your riding gear is clean. (Wipe yer ass).
