2016 Ducati 959 Panigale Ride and Review

Hey guys,

I was lucky enough to get to take Ducati Austin's 959 demo out for a spin. What an awesome bike! Here's a video of the ride, enjoy.

Good post. Vito and those guys in Austin are great. They really enjoy what they do.

You should have ripped it when you ramped onto 360. When they let me take the 1199 out for a test ride I laid into it and was astonished. I was alone back on La Salle and had the front end up at 100+MPH. It was an accident, but exciting nevertheless.

Thanks for uploading. One of the first "non Valencia" riding videos of any length.

I wish I could have, I had some RPM restrictions I had to abide by since the bike was very low miles.

Hey Taylor - I really enjoyed your video review. I should point out though that the 959 only has an UP quickshifter unlike your 1299 which comes with up and down quick shift capability. You don't seem to have done any harm by those clutchless downshifts though

One other thing. I love Austin but I am so glad I live and ride in CA where you can split lanes! That waiting in line you had to do would drive me nuts - and I am sure contributes to the street ride heat woes on your 1299.
