999 Big Bore

What is the maximum the stock 999 ('03-04 base model) cylinders can be bored out to?

Current Stable-

'03 999 Slip-On Termis
'06 Ural Gear-Up Stock

The Hauler-

'90 454SS Lowered and Carbed

Past Steeds-

'07 Hayabusa Shortened & Raised
'75 Suzuki GT380 Cafe Racer
'00 Yamaha R1/R7 Hybrid

102 mm is well known to work fine - and also the only bigbore option, I think

70mm Full system - SBK airrunners
Nemesis ECU and TCS

Ohlins w/30 mm cartridge
Ohlins w/ Zupin internals
30 mm Kyle triples

Yes 102mm is the only option. Or you can try to install 104mm piston/cylinder from 998R with your crank, result you have a 1080cc engine
