Power to the Handlebars

I'm sure a thread exists, but I couldn't find one. I just bought a Givi tank bag and plan to hook a USB power port inside the bag to power all of my goodies. I already have the Battery Tender to USB converter. I also have a longer one that will reach to the handlebars, but I would like to have something powered to the switch so that it isn't robbing power while I'm not riding Any ideas? Powerlet adapter?

What year and model? Do you have the Hella/Powerlet port just to the right of the handlebars?

If yes, that's by far the easiest way. Search Amazon for "Hella power USB charger"

Garage
Search for “switched power”. I did it think I documented it there. Let me know if you can’t find it I’ll hunt it down.

There is a switched power source under the fairing on the left hand side of the bike. The power source is for a GPS , look for a white plastic connecter that is not connected to anything else.
