Monster Tail Chop

Got my kit yesterday to do the tail chop on my bike to eliminate that ugly duck tail that they had on the back from the factory. Kit was super easy to install and was of a lot higher quality than expected.

If you wanna do this I 100% recommend this kit. Here’s the link to their website:

The owner (TY) is a super nice guy too... They are pricey, but well made and worth the dough.

Definitely worth it. And if anyone is looking to hide their plate a bit more Atomic has a stealth kit.

I've always referred to it as "the beer tray"

You have to keep it though, and mount it to something hold your beer.

It's bad luck to throw it away. You've been warned!

When I bought my 96 Monster it had an Atomic tail chop kit....I found a tail piece and welded it back on, modified the plate holder to fit...Just to be different .....
