Front end pushing in turns?

Putting this up here to see if I can get any help.

Love my 2011 Hyper 1100 Evo SP, super fun bike, but I can't get the front end to hook while turning. Feel like there's not enough front end grip, so I cannot lean as much as I could. I've already put a fresh new set of Dunlop Q3. Set sag at 1/3rd of total travel. set the tire pressure to 32 - 38 front and back on the street.

I'm not sure if I'm riding this thing wrong or what, but I cannot get the feel I'm looking for on the front. I try to put more weight on the front by trail braking into turns, but that slows me down dramatically and can't carry the speed I could carry through the corner.

Any ideas? I also own an 2015 R1 and while I don't expect it to handle the same, it is a world of difference. Do I just have the wrong expectations about what the Hyper can do?

Show us a picture of your tire...what's your rebound and compression setting...

I think your way under pressure on the front @32psi.... 38psi in the rear is likely giving you too much grip and your driving through the front
