Well that will save lives... too bad 7 had to die to get it done.

How asinine is that???? The electronic system didn't connect, the mailed follow up went in a bin, just wow.

Some of the most asinine things people do are typically preceded by the two words "Watch this."

Let me see...

Boeing 737 MAX where hundreds died?

Flint, MI water supply with thousands exposed to elevated lead levels?

Iím sure there is a long list. We happen to relate to this tragedy more because we can imagine that it might have been us but, sadly, too often it requires loss of life before corrective actions are taken and, even then, thereís this liability thing that seems to get in the way.

If nobody dies from something, nothing will change. Usually a bunch of people have to die before those in charge wake up and maybe do something. Asinine is not a strong enough word.

unfortunately also a similar tragic story on the german autobahn.
4 bikers looking for protection from the rain under a motorway bridge,
A truck gets skidded and kills the four bikers.

Well that sucks... I've stopped at overpasses in the past to get my rain gear on, cars blasting by is not confidence inspiring.

When I do stop, I get as far away from the road as possible. I've even ran the bike so far off, I had to put something under the stand to keep it from sinking into the ground. I dont trust anyone to stay in their lane after having a state trooper veer into my lane a few years back.

ACME Test Pilot, ACME Race Team Primary Rider. NO wins, many, many losses..........Usually due to an anvil or piano crossing my path. Falls from cliffs slow me down a bit too.

Dont know why they call it Hamburger Helper, stuff does just fine by itself.........

Some states fence off the areas under bridges so bikers canít even use them. Thatís just plain mean. We always go up to the top where weíd be out of reach from ijits.
