WTB: Ducati 996R

Hey guys. I've been casually looking for a while for a 996R to add to the collection. I've posted on this topic before but time to put some effort into it and ramp up the search. Let me know if there are any out there or warm leads. thanks!!

Look for the first series 996R with the first type testastretta engines.

I am really curious as to what this means. Do you mean only buy one of the first 350 bikes and not one of the last 150 bikes? Why would that be better? FWIW, the 25 that came to the US are part of the last 150 bikes.

There is a 996R with top shelf period correct parts at Motowheels. I'm pretty sure it's for sale.

Yep. Thanks. I think that bike has been on their site for a while. I'm ideally looking for something closer to stock or easily returned to stock.

Keep 'em coming!!

Hey guys. So I've added another low mileage stock 998R to the stable along with a couple of SL's and the new R. Still looking for the 996R. Had a couple solid leads on some 996R's but still looking for the right one. I know they're out there and I'm patient but if you know of one please send my way! thx!

Some pics of the recent additions.
