Animated Engines

Hi Folks, new guy here.

I run a site called http://www.animatedpiston.com

For my next project I would like to add a Ducati twin.

Please can anyone direct me to images - photographs drawings /cross sections / etc that could get me started.

Many Thanks

hello and welcome to a great board,
very cool site, that you run there.

would be nice, if one could adjust the speed
in which the engines are running, otherwise,
it is just perfect.

you will like this Ducati 2 Valve animation
for sure, it is made in a different style though.

cheers and thank you very much.

Very kool! Nice work as well... If you do a Ducati motor, you'll probably be linked to web sites all over the world! LOL

Awesome site. Would be great if you control the speed, but still awesome.

Thanks guys. May look at the variable speed at some stage.

Where can I find cross section drawings of Ducati engines. Or really good pics of a teardown?

Damn, I spent a good 30 minutes trying to upload screenshots of the S4R Testrastretta engine for you from my shop manual, but the IT technicalities of doing this have defeated me.

Very cool animations. Would love to see you make a 4 valve desmo, with belts, and all.

I would like to see a 1000DS motor (since I have one). Very well done. If and when you get some Ducati engines on here, please make sure to let us know.
