Your new thread prompted me to have another quick browse through the photos from this epic journey. I've decided that this simple photo may be my favorite shot of all....to me it tells the most complete story in a single image....as if that were possible.

IW84U beat me to it! Yep--Ducati released the video summarizing my trip. Looks like we both have the same issues with embedding vids on this site.

My request for a Christmas present from my wife has now been put in. One of your large landscape versions of your book.

Also, great video. Is this the only video they'll be releasing with you or is this just one of a series? I would've thought they'd have heaps more of your adventure to 'brag' about how good/reliable the Ducati 1199s is.

. . . but when will the Ducati celebrity/folk hero honor us with his presence? I expect he's in Bologna, making some tweaks here, adjustments there. i hope one day he remembers the "little people" like us who've been following since day 1.

Awesome. I'd be happy to sign it for you, too. I did, btw, drop the large landscape version in favor of just the standard landscape....I think there might only be 10 large ones in existence now!

This is the only video Ducati planned. After working on this one, though, I would very much like to put together a 10-15 minute video that summarizes this R/R. More philosophy, more of my perspective on life and what this experience meant to me and others. I don't kid myself, though, it's no small effort and I still have to finish my current R/R, the novel, another pictoral book on the Pac NW and a few other personal projects (like, oh, trying to figure out how to go around the world on the 1199).
