Enjoying the winter weather in Socal.

Took a ride w/ my buddy and his 996 the other day. Took some updated pics of my SP. Aside from converting to a solo tail, I think I'm done w/ mods.....for now:D

Wow, I like it! If I ever get my MV Agusta or Bimota DB something some day, I may covert the SP...just like this one! :D

it sure is, i was dreaming about something
like that for quite some time, before Ducati
came up with their sport classic bikes.

anyway, we had this pic before, this is how
far i got with my classic belt drive ducati
until i changed direction with that mh900e
frame. Main reason was that i could not get
comfortable on the little SS,
build up like this, it is for people up to 1 meter 75.

cheers. :)

that is the difference between custom and bolt on, first requires inspiration
and talent, second requires inspiration and money.
this bike is a perfect example, and it is pretty wild too, i love it.

Nice! DME3, are you interested to see what your 7,5 has become ? See my post of April 24th.
What a small world :) The new owner of my old 750SS on the same forum.

I would not have recognised my old bike! Complete make-over.
It just looks fantastic!!
I like the short Kaemna fairing very much.
I would like it to for my Superlight when I get the paint work redone.
But first some engine modifications, starting with Keihin FCR's. They are expensive indeed, so I will nee to save some first

It feels good knowing my old bike is treated so well :)

Well, like I said. This is not the common type of modification people usually do on these bikes. Of course the bike is modified. I never said it wasn't. Most people buy lighter wheels or a better suspension instead of what this person did. I'm not arguing with any of you about that. All I'm saying is that for me, it's not what I would do if I had the money. I'm not into stuff that just looks cool and doesn't perform, for the most part. To each his own.
