6K service completed + more farkle '02 ST4s
Well, I finally got my 6k service completed by LT at Desmotimes...at 7k, and am a happy camper. The bike has seen nothing but upgrades for the last six months and I've been enjoying the heck out of it. I've included pics, because we all know we love pics. Mods include Ducati Designs headlight, CRG billet levers, Mad Duc billet resovoir covers, Desmotimes fairing dzus conversion, Desmotimes clutch (procutting pack/basket, pmoto billet pressure plate, pmoto spyder retainer and vented billet cover, ss springs), vented factory sprocket cover, Desmotimes cooling fan upgrade(larger/redesigned fan plus manual switch on dash), Desmotimes voltmeter, 15/43 DP sprockets with DID gold 525 chain, Desmotimes billet axel plates, Desmotimes tapered roller steering head bearings, SilMotor carbon fiber slip-ons, Corbin seat, zeroG windscreen, carbon dash covers, Cyclecat bars, Throttlemeister, fresh Pilot Powers.

Initially I was not fond of that titanium matte color, especially up here in "sunny" Seattle. However, it really grew on me after I bought one. The wife of a riding friend really liked it, commenting that it did not look like a "male midlife crisis color" such as bright red or yellow.

Very nice! Your "done" list is like my "todo" list, except the procutting basket package is in, and the DD headlight is sitting on the coffee table waiting for me to get off my arse and install it.

valves and rockers fyi...
...and for those interested, I forgot to mention that the valves all got adjusted but weren't bad . I needed two opening rockers replaced due to flaking/wear  . When the steering head bearings were replaced with the tapered roller type, the original bearings had very little, if any grease remaining and were begining to rust a little.
