extremely clean mount...does the plate swivel? it's the one thing i like about RAM mounts and that is the flexibility in movement that they offer.

Very good question Obie
From the pictures I got from them it seems to only tilt front to back
unless the base at the mounting plate swivels around.
I have put the question to them and will let you know when I hear from them

The Mount Swivels front to back
It is not a ball mount
