FLEDA HALO Headlight MOD

Prototype of HALO headlight mod

The headlight is on in the daylight shot above. The FLEDA HALO ring does not affect the headlight beam in night running. Infact the White LED's lights up 15 feet ahead so the field of light is greater. Plus this really increases your visibility to Cagers day or night. Pretty cool
The Built in colors are White/green/blue/red/Light Blue/Lavender/yellow
There are 7 different color settings that can be set to run static or alternate from one color to the other in several different modes all controlled by a hand held remote the size of a conventional Car alarm remote. There are Static single color mode/Strobing/Flashing/Multiflash/morphing etc etc

The Movie file HERE shows the slow morph mode going from one color to the next
...and Movie shot at night HERE

Installation is a snap.
took me 30 minutes and I was up and running

a single Regular HALO is available in any of the above mentioned colors with a optional on/off switch.

That's nifty and all, but JC, you want to impress me?

Make them like you did with the FLEDA and have a section be double wired to be used as blinkers.

It's a nice execution, but if it was me, I'd use some kind of light piping like BMW does to get a more even effect.

But props go to where they're due.

Well done!

I'm not a fan of blinkers next to the headlight in cars as it makes it difficult to see the signal if it's being used. Actually in the headlight would make them useless IMO. With 2-wheelers being hard enough to see, not giving cages an indication you're turning is just begging for a collision!

Please email me for pricing

I am not sure what you mean by Swithc to headlight
I'm guessing another type of headlight that is not the stock OEM one?
If so
Can't say I have any favorites.
There are many Harley oriented ones out there.

JC,

I love halos. I have them on my camaro. This is what mine looks like. These are not mine, but same result. In doing the mod to my car, several issues came up. Trying to matching colored bulbs(same shade of amber, or bright white). I think this is the question posed to you, not new headlight, but how about a new bulb? I find the SC/GT bulb real yellow and kinda old looking.

Also with this mod, is halo on all the time? by itself? on at night only?

Thanks
Sebouh

I am in for 1 white.

The multi color Halo and the single color Halo run independently from the Headlight
The Multi comes with a remote on of and mode setting remote controll
The single color can be made to be on with the headlight or a wired on/off switch can be installed. to turn off the Halo.

The bulb I like are the Sylvania Silverstars
They are brighter and is the best bulb upgrade I have found so far.

We can do this Halo on Cars as well.
Like on this Charger
