Atlanta Triumph Ducati Track Day!

ok boys and girls heres the scoop, we are putting on our first track day of the season, it will be held at Talladega GP on Monday the 12th of March 2007
we are limited to 18 riders so you have to sign up qiuck.

Talladega GP Track Specifications:
1.33 mile lap length
Width, 30.0ft at narrowest 40.0ft at widest
Smoothly graded grassy run-off areas
600 ft paved pit road with concrete refueling pad
Shaded paddock area
Showers
Overnight camping
Spacious air conditioned classroom
Concessions services available
Race fuel available
Electricity, water and air available
Top quality professional ambulance service available
P.A. system

For those who attend this trackday, what do they need to do to prepare their bikes for the track?

Bike Preparation

Remove Mirrors, Signal lights and license plates

Plain water and (optional) redline coolant. No glycol based coolants

Unplug head light and Tail light. Tape over the lenses.

No fluid leaks

All bikes must be muffled to 103db or lower. No open pipes.

Full riding suit. Leather or ballistic fabric suits with reinforced elbows, knees. Two piece suits must fasten together.

Sturdy full leather lace up or zip up boots. No slip on boots allowed. Boots must be at least 8" high .

Quality helmet with visor or goggles. Any tear off shields must be taped to helmet and must not removed while on the track.

Sturdy leather gloves
