Finishing Touches Sculpted seat/Hyper 1100/796

Received the first seat from Julie at Finishing Touches today! I asked her to take a stock Hypermotard seat and re-shape it similar to the "performance seat" and to make a new cover with gripper material up front and carbon look material on the remaining area. So, during this winter,(or anytime)send your stock seat to Wheelig Cycle Supply and Julie will remove your stock cover,(and return it) sculpt your seat, install a new seat cover for $194.95 Also, if you want the "bump" to be closer to the tank(shorter people) or further back (taller people)just let us know the measurement and it can be done for the same price.

Do you know whether or not the seat was taken down and built back with foam or was it just shaved down and covered?

Not to be an ass() or anything, but why would you pay close to $200 bucks for a replica of DP seat that costs the same? And looks better IMO

It is taken down and a layer of foam is added to cover the "shaved down" areas, something has to be put on because no matter how perfect you shave it all the little "marks" show thru a seat cover.

Seems to me that a performance seat is more to the tune of $290.00 Just trying to offer an alternative. Plus, they can be shaped as per your request if needed.
