Last night I sold my 05 Sporty. Since 2005 she's given me almost 25,000 miles of good times and memories. Sad to see her go but it was time to let her leave.

After all was signed and done I was having visions of the new owner popping the clutch and launching himself straight into a concrete dividing wall as he nervously tried to negotiate his way out of my driveway. I literally had to cover my eyes at one point. He made it successfully though and I shed a single tear as I listened to that gorgeous rumble of my custom exhaust fade away.

I couldn't wheelie it anyway

Wish I could spend the money on fun stuff for the Hyper but.... well ok, maybe at least a new set of bars

Nice Sporty I like the fairing. Don't worry you'll forget all about it especially after you buy the new bars, velocity stacks, Ohlins fork kit and aluminium sub frame with superbike battery

Yeah, that list could get quite long very quickly. My first thoughts were something along the lines of an intake kit, some yet to be determined full exhaust, oh and I should probably put my name on the mid-sized tank pre-order list.

The responsible me wants to first pay off the Hyper.

Dammit! I was signed up for the bogo on both Friday and Saturday but had to cancel. Don't remind me.
