Trouble Starting this Morning....
Do ducs have an issue starting up when its really humid outside? Today was the most humid its been since a bought it a few weeks back. It started but wouldn't stay on. I had to rev it a little to really get it going and stay on. Once it was on, it ran fine. Info would be helpful, thanks!

Yeap that is normal, a race Ecu can help in the mornings since the engine is receiving more fuel.

I bought the bike used with a full termi system on it. Not sure what all was done to it. There's an ECU box in all the stock stuff that the original owner gave to me.

check you plugs for carbon or fuel build up.they might need to be changed
iridium plugs last longer and stay cleaner which helps with better starting.
iridium plugs dont add more power or more spark, the iridium tip gets hotter then a normal plug which is why its called a self cleaning plug.it wont foul as quick and will last longer, less build up of carbon.
worth the money!
and fyi if you have normal starting issues with a v-twin your TB sync or TPS might be off .its the most common problem

Will do! Would I really need plugs so soon? It's an 08 but only had 1400 miles when I bought it. Has 1900 on it now.

a plug can foul very easy and stock copper plugs are very cheap . its just a guess , only way to tell is pull your plugs, very easy to do.motorcycles eat plugs much faster then cars. look for any rounding of the electrode, carbon build up or blackening from to much un burnt fuel

if replacing the plugs does not work ... try pouring an espresso in the fuel tank.
since it's an italian bike, it needs an espresso in the morning to get going
