2011 model year - Ducati.ms

I've decided to buy a new 796 and I'm debating whether to wait a bit to see the 2011's..........given that this is a newly minted bike, will there be any substantial changes made? My local dealer (Canada) tells my to buy the 2010 (they have them in stock) and that there will be NO change to the 2011.......but given that we're heading into our cold weather, I could wait a bit to see for sure........just looking for some opinions...thanks

I would wait when the dealer gets the 2011 models and get the 2010 model at a discount. I don't think there will be a difference between both models. Good luck!

My 1100 evo is a 2011. Same bike as the 2010.

If you can handle waiting that is what I would do. Chances are that there are no changes at all since it's only been out for a year.

more likely no changes other than new color scheme mix. red frame/grey plastic would be sick. similar to 07 monster s4r.

If you were to get it now, are there any incentives on the 2010 and can you ride it now. If not, wait and see if ducati gives any further incentives.
