just saw this on youtube ... supposedly this hypermotard has street tires on it during this run ...

poor little hyper... just because it looks kind of like a dirt bike, doesn't mean it IS one! shocks/ride height/gearing/tires/WEIGHT!... not made for the dirt

That would be me

Going up was not that big of a deal. During a few of the steeper parts the rear tire would spin a little. Coming down the mountain was another story. Was very careful with the front brake

Alexio - It really was not so bad for the Hyper. I would compare it to a really long unpaved driveway. I would def not take it on anything worse that this..that's what my YZ250F is for

I have a long, unpaved road that lead to my driveway and it's nothing like this.

......and to think I feel guilty when I run over 20mph on my 1.25 mile dirt road.....

A decent poweredl road tyred bike is steered via the rear wheel at speed on the dirt.
I used to think it was fun until I found out the cost of removing rock dings from the fork tubes.

Thats what those bling bling carbon fork guards are for i dont mind a dirty bike or a dirty girl every now and then
