Fork cartridge kit for Evo SP
So why is it that this bike has been out for a year now and I cant find any dedicated fork cartridge kit applications for it yet? I know they exist for older hypers, but none for the Evo SP with the extra 30mm of travel?

Not in my opinion. Owned an '08 Hyper, and this EVO SP is at another level. One review noted...
The EVO SP has nearly two additional inches of ground clearance and supreme suspension from Marzocchi and Öhlins, whilst the EVO must settle for a shorter Marzocchi fork and a Sachs mono shock. The Ducati Hypermotard 1100 EVO still rides like a dream around Mores, but the EVO SP is something else altogether. The 50mm Marzocchi fork on the SP is derived directly from Supermoto racing, and with 7.7 inches (6.5 inches on the EVO) of wheel travel, it's truly the business. The fork tubes are also covered with an anti-friction material--DLC (Diamond like coating)--normally only found on exotic superbikes. The SP rear suspension is an Öhlins shock as we are familiar with on Ducati's S models. All suspension on both bikes is fully adjustable.
But if looking for a cartridge kit, the EVO SP only really started appearing in NA this past spring, and most dealers did not order but one or two EVO SP's, if that many.

Heya Steve
Was the review a Ducati sponsored review or not?
That would be brilliant now if they have stepped it up and made the SP a true SP like they used to do.
Want some more photos from your end of the globe mate, they are always worth looking at.

Hey... Noted you had a KTM! Major congratulations. A 990ADV takes me all over the place off road here. Responses...
- Review came from a journalist/reviewer last November at Sardinia where Ducati invited the press to ride the new Hypers. Oh I suppose comments can be influenced by the extent Bologna footed the bill, but the reviewer observations above are fairly straightforward.
- IMO, coming from an '08, and noting the extra bits, the EVO SP is worthy of the "SP".
- And yeah, how about some NZ pics! Only Hyper pic comes from the cell phone, but the weather cooperated for a few minutes...

You're gonna have a great and memorable ride and trip. As the timing approaches let me know more of your plans. Can make suggestions for numerous places, including and especially Colorado. Just finished writing a massive book on motorcycling Colorado. Publisher has it now and it will be at Amazon, dealers, etc. next spring.
Perhaps I will make it to the South Island one of these days. My four day tour of the North Island was all I had time for following business in OZ, and then Auckland. Great memories from those four days.

NoPower... Very good!
Yes, fine Hyper tailored roads here, but for sure, KY has some very special circuits out there in the countryside. Use to live in Cincinnati and marveled at the twistfests on the other side of the big river.
FWIW, this bent and folded ribbon of road climbs Lookout Mountain only ten miles from Red Rocks...
