Vid From The SMR In NZ With Doon Riding
First crack at a vid on the SMR, made a frame up to hold the Go Pro and went for a ride, had Doon on his Hyper behind me hence I stopped a few times and to check the camera.
Sound is shite so playing with the settings to get it better, enjoy.
(Edit), epic fail with loading the vid with Doon (the scenic one), vid will be up shortly (I hope)

Nice vid!
Great wheelie at the start too.
Looks like a nice piece of road you have over there.
Where did you mount the camera?
I use my (bicycle) handle bar mount to mout the gopro to the trellis frame; works great!

Cheers for your comments, wheelie? .. officer .. .my throttle stuck open .. through 5 gears
I fabbed my mount but I think it has a bit of vibration, it bolts to the passenger set.
It sticks out like a stiff donkey tiddle but to get footage from back there it has to.
Will swing up a pic so you guys can larf, gonna do some more stuff once we get it sorted properly.

I was making assumptions they are a small as me
This is my mount and the vid of Doon, I didn't want to film from behind him cos that fucken thing is ripping rocks out of the road now with grunt and Murphy will come to play and smash the camera clean off its mount being in the line of fire.
Bit of skud on the lens cos it was wetish, we were not going fast or Doon would be showered in rocks too, this one more just for the scenery for our overseas brothers.
Ouwh and ZoeTard this is actually a Hyperkatietard orange/black and white model.

Wow Andy,
That's the mounting bracket from hell........won't need to get yer knee down on right handers.
Glad to see you finally got some decent weather. The snow down to sea level went on and on. That was quite a weather event you turned on for us........thanks.
Hey, that road running from Waiau through to Kaikoura has to be about the best stretch I've ever seen, and no traffic. I was frothing at not havin a m'cycle to pleasure myself on. (the Camry rental just wasn't doin it for me)
The buddy I ride with over here has a go pro and also has that wavy thing goin on and he thought it may have been a little vibe too and has made a wedge thingy to try and fix that. Will see how it goes.......could just be KTM's tho.
Cheers John
