Fatduc !!! well now i'm a beliver
Hi !
I order a fatduc 2 week ago,to try to cancell the low speed hick up and surge. I read some good review about the FatDuc and was pretty sckeptical.
So i just install it on the bike set it in the middle position wich is suppose to be around 13.5 AFR then start it. It run very smooth, much smoother than before. Then i done a first road test.It was way better than before, but my iddle was now pretty hight ( at around 1900 to 2000). So i try to check and reajust the bleed air screw. One was a 2 turn out the other 13/4 turn out.
At try to set them at 3/4 trn each, but it wasn't as smooth and the Rpm was a bit low at 950 to 1000. I set them to 1 turn out and now idle smoothly at 1200 to 1250. Try another road test and now supersmooth a very low rpm hight gear. Then now the surprise, turn the throttle in 2nd gear and it pups wheely as easy as it was in first before, same things in third it pups as easy as it was doing in second, and now with a small wave i can pup it up in fourth it was third before. The only other mods is a 14 TH front sprocket.
I'm very Impress. For $80.00 its by far the best mods for the buck

I picked one up from Nathan at the Duc Shop when I was there a month or so ago, I've got it set more towards the 14-1 end of the range and it smoothed things out and I didn't have to readjust anything, smooth idle at the same RPM as before, just much smoother at the lower revs. Definitely a cheap fix.

The difference beetween our setting is probably du to the difference in Temperature.Last night it was only like 10 degree C, pretty cold so it needs a richer stting
