300 miles on the Hyper

Took a nice 300 mile ride on Saturday on the Hyper. All backroads and much fun was had, at least until the clutch went out on my buddy's bike. Still, the thing put a big, shit-eatin' grin on my face the entire time. And after spending a week riding a Harley around Vermont and New Hampshire, it was nice getting on something that would actually handle!

I like my Hyper.

The Sportster has it's moments, but generally unless I'm doing long freeway stretches, I just feel so much more comfortable all around on the Hyper. I've done back road trips on the Hyper from Santa Barbara to San Francisco making for a 10 hour days of riding. With short breaks here and there (mostly for gas) it's an absolute blast! We have a great bike here
