To each his own, but since this is a forum for everyone's opinion...I don't like it. I think Ducati hit it out of the park with the original design. Don't get me wrong, I love little carbon bits and any mods that lighten/increase HP but this revised design is lacking.

Plus, what's up with that exhaust - you can't do better than a Termi 2 into 1 in performance or design I think.

I bet he dropped hella $$$ in it! (like us all)

Oh...the seat embroidery is WEEEEEEEEAAAAKKKK

Yeah, I saw that this morning. A friend has sent me a photo a while back when he was still working on it. I liked it for the rawness but the seat - I thought I'd hate is actually super cool. It's like Gucci brass knuckles.

I think you can improve on the Termi but it's hard to do. That's my goal but it's going to take a few months...

Gregor

PS Thanks for turning me onto that Fighter site - I'm really blown away by the creativity and resourcefulness of the build threads.

Nope, he should have customized a monster instead.

Agreed, however if you modify, i.e. shorten, the subframe, the Termi is going to stick out like a sore thumb and is not that aestethically pleasing anymore..

You're welcome, I spent countless hours on there. Some of those guys are ridiculously skilled!

That would probably have been a cheaper option. I considered doing that as well, but the reality is that you'd end up with a completely different bike. I like the Hyper for what it is, a hooligan streetbike with more suspension travel than other naked bikes and better ergonomics. That's why I got mine and went from there..

I try to look at the bike, but my eyes go straight to those gigantic chicken strips. It's a still a hyper, try taking a corner for cryin' out loud...
