Broken shroud tabs?
I just noticed tonight that on my left tank shroud, the bottom tab is snapped. Now I can't think of a single thing I've done to cause this to break. I'm wondering if this has happened to anybody else? It may have been this way for a while since the only reason I noticed it was because I was grabbing it to show a buddy the little plastic screws on the inside. Just seems like this should be a little more substantial than to just break without me having any idea how it happened.

Yep. And I had the shrouds off withing the last 2 months to put the new subframe on, and it wasn't broken then.

Are you just leaving it loose hoping it doesn't fly off? I can't figure out a good way to secure it.

The body work on this bike is shit. There is no way it will hold out for the long term. I have a broken tab on the chicken shit tail piece covering the cans. I was able to secure it with a small zip tie and you can't see it, so I am good for now.
Out!

Do them up loose with locktite, if you notice the holes are elongated to allow for movement
Well thats my take on it anyways

I wonder if there's any chance Ducati will warranty the part since there isn't any impact damage. Unlikeley, but I think i'll stop by this week and see what they say.
