MPL Tuning Pressure PLate

Just put a new to me plate on my Hyper with a new bearing in it.(fits perfectly) The index mark lines up perfectly and i bled the slave,no problems.I've done it many times. The clutch lever only comes in half way, like the stack is too big.Is it possible the pressure plate is not the same dimensions as the oem?
I did a search and found myself in a state of sensory overload.

I'm betting the pushrod is not seated correctly in the slave on the far side?

Check the depth the release bearing sits in the pressure plate
on the new plate , compared to the old one ?.

Lucky guess on my part. Believe me, I'm far from a genius about these things.
