What next?

Got to be the first customer on a brand new Dynojet that my dealer just installed. My Hyper has mild mods with Ducshop velocity stacks and Termini slipons. I think my 09 Hyper did good with 85HP and 67 TQ so quite happy. I don't wont to go too crazy with engine mods (I have reliability in mind) but was thinking of adding a power commander and doing some tuning and maybe DP Cams during it's next service. I never dynoed it stock but I saw a few charts on here that indicate around 77HP and 63 TQ is normal.

DP cams next Art! Keep in mind that kit comes with an ECU to run cams/exhaust. So let's dyno it first with the Cams/ECU and see if a powercommander is even necessary.

Numbers were damn good, we're going to run Carlos's EVO SP here in about 15mins!

CAMS it is, please say HI to Carlos and get him to post his results, I want to see what his EVO does with the Termini's.

Your bike put down about a hair more hp and torque than Carlos's throughout the entire rev range, however his peaked a little bit higher. His bike is an SP with just termi slip ons. 84.XXwhp and 67.xx ft lbs

How about the cat delete pipe? That cat is a brick. It may free up a few more ponies as well as drop a few pounds.

If you going to open it up to do cams may as well drop in some high comp pistons as well! But then we could get into cleaning up the ports, Ti valves, etc...I'm not sure if the reliability would be gone but surely your allowance would be.
Have fun and keep us posted. I'm curious about the HP gain and ridability with the cams.

I already have the Leo Vince cat eliminator and your correct you loose lots of weight. The bike we are comparing my 2009 s to is a 2010 Evo SP with slip-ons. I must admit the SP was pretty stout. I am only going to do cams next, nothing too radical.
