Question: "S" model adjustable height linkage

i have the non-s model, it comes with a fixed height link (the thing that is attached to the rear shock). I know the "s" model is adjustable. It can be raised, but can it be lowered to be more lower than the non "s" height?

basically what i want to do is be able to lower my stock seat height.
