These guys are stupid, I love my Hyper, but the KTM SM"R" wins big time here. 2 seconds, bigger tank.....sheese
"But" we can level the playing field, we can install the "mid sized tank" for the street, and drop in the cams & stacks for the track, and there you have it, a "beautiful" fast, long range Ducati, "WINNER!!" Aloha Alex

ya, for as kooky as i am, i'm not sure i understood their final verdict either. then again, looks can play an important role for some. i suppose two seconds around a lap doesn't mean a lot to those prospective buyers who have no intention of riding track and are in it for other circumstances.
it's all good, they're two very wonderful motorcycles.

We need an allen key that's in the tool kit to get under the seat to get to the tool kit ...
Is it just mine that has the kit in the fairing? You do have to have a penny or strong finger nail but you would think someone would have mentioned where the tool kit actually is. Made me laugh.

There's only one thing wrong with the KTM: It's not a Ducati.

Yeah the allen to get the seat off is dumb. I'm going to put a dzus on that for sure.
I'll bet that half the people that have this bike have no idea about the tool kit in the fairing. A friend just bought one and the previous owner had no idea he had a tool kit. Not much of one but it's there.
Speaking of - why the hell is there a spark plug wrench? It's about as useful a a spoke wrench anymore...

Yeah, that was pretty much their conclusion too. The KTM does everything better...but we pick the Ducati cause it "looks cooler".
Ya don't suppose MCN needs to kiss a little Ducati ass after this stunt, do ya?
