Handlebar / Seat Advice: Zeta SX / DP

I am trying to find a new handlebar that does not have as much sweep back as the stock bar. I am also thinking about raising the seat height in order to get a little more leg room. Was hoping for some advice on:

1) Does the Zeta SX have less sweep that the stock bar? Is the Med Motard bar the same / higher / lower than stock bar?

2) I have a DP seat. I was thinking on filling in the cut out area (where it drops down between rider / passenger area) with foam to make the seat flush, which would raise it about an inch. Any problems with doing this?

3) If I raised the seat, would the Med or High bars be the way to go? (Am 6'1")

4) Anyone tried the Zeta SX High Motard bar with a reg DP Seat? Too High?

5) If I went with the Zeta High bar, would I have to replace cables as stock would be too short?

Thanks for the help.

I can help with a couple of those:

1) Does the Zeta SX have less sweep that the stock bar? I have the High Motard, and it does have less sweep than the stock bar. It was actually kind of awkward at first, but I find it very comfortable now.

3) If I raised the seat, would the Med or High bars be the way to go? (Am 6'1") I'm only 5'7", but I have the stock seat, High Motard bars, and 1 inch risers. (Yeah, I have short legs....) It's a very comfortable set up, and I find it easy to ride standing when needed.

5) If I went with the Zeta High bar, would I have to replace cables as stock would be too short? I didn't have to replace any cables even with the bars and riser. I did have to re-route the brake line to outside the right fork leg and then back behind the headlight assembly. I don't think you'll have any problems with just the bars. Oh, and the High Motards have just enough room for the grips, levers, and switches, but it's a close fit.
