10 evo sp engine light - Ducati.ms

I just picked up my new 10 EVO SP. I had GP Motorsports in San Diego, install the full TERMI exhaust system, bigger tank, and slipper clutch. I now have a check engine light on and it back fires really bad. They said, it was because the exhaust has only one 02 sensor and the new Hyper comes with two. They said Ducati was looking into it. I have seen videos of the new hypermotard with the full Termi exhaust and they were not backfiring. Can anyone help me out here?

I have an EVO SP and just installed the termi full system and it runs great. Backfires at little on decel but in a good way as it sounds wicked.. My system came with the holes for both sensors, also the ECU is new for 10. I know the part numbers were different from the previous years as well. Could your system be for an 08/09? That may explain the backfiring
