Trying to figure this thing out.Instructions are terrible.The quality of the parts looks good,but i'll be darned if i can figure out how it's going to fit without a handfull of shims.And there is an extra part that looks like it fits underneath to cover the wires maybe?Anyone have one of these?

Get one side started and almost snug then start the other side. mine doesn't have any wire covers and I broke the stock one from the old bracket. My plate vibrated against the pipes with a rattle you could hear. I believe this is what breaks them, I have mine shimmed with small dia. twigs between pipe and plate. Surviving 20 months now.
