I have some questions...
Do you have to run a light of can I go without the light? If I go without the light and no one is around does it get pretty dark?
What time does the course start running and when does it shut down, 2 a.m.?

Lights are optional. I ran mine front and back so others would see me, not so i could see the track. Track lighting is fine. Just have to disconnect brake switches so brake lights don't come on. It's not too dark and you know the track well enough so where there may be less lighting in areas they are not technical sections and you'll be fine.
Tech opens at 6pm. Riders meeting at 6:30, track hot at 7pm. it is still light out for the first 2 sessions, then it gets dark. Air temp is around 75 degrees once the sun goes down and the track is still warm from the day so no issues with grip. Last sessions are 1:00, 1:20, and 1:40. everyone is done at 2am.
It's a neat experience and worth the admission. Besides, you'll be among friends. And I want to see how the Katoom will match up against the APE!!!!
Do it!!!!

Count me in...
Todd if you think I'll be ok in the B group then I'll sign up for that one. Maybe being in a faster group will help me with my lines.
For those that are on the fence, sign up. Its a blast at night. The lighting is just fine, and it makes for a great track day.

Well damn, you should have said that in the first place . I went to the garage and told the SXV that a guy named Todd wanted to match up his KTM and the SXV....The SXV said it would be a pleasure to match up with your fine KTM 690. Then it told me to get the fu*k out of the garage if I wasn't going to take it to the track tommorow, and called me a pussy pillow biter... I swear that bike is an egotisical asshole...
Being that I"m usually in bed by 10:30 this could be a rough night...I'm in at 85% right now.

It would be good to have the old gang together again out there!!
And Scott, my Katoom is the strong silent type and hasn't said a word. But other signals lead me to believe that it wants a piece of the APE!!!!
Jarett - Go group B - you'll be fine and you don't have to deal with the "pass on the outside only" bullshit. It is a much more enjoyable experience.
See you all (or those that aren't really pussy pillow biters) out there on the 21st
