Any extra parts needed for RCS19 upgrade?

Will the stock reservoir, wiring and brackets from my S plug straight in, or do I need to replace those as well?

Thanks.

The stock brake light switch will work with the RCS. You will need to make or buy a new reservoir mounting bracket. Simple enough to make with a piece of aluminum.

If you plan on going with the single front brake setup, the RCS is going to be too big. You'll need around a 14mm master cylinder. Magura makes a nice one or you can adapt a Nissin m/c from a TRX quad.

Thanks. I'm actually trying to find a compatible bike that the 320 came on so I can pick up a cheap used rotor as a validation test before going any further. If that works out, I'm hoping the stock mc is up to the job. Otherwise, I'll do this 19.

I had to make a sleeve for the pivot bolt, so I could use a longer bolt, that way I could mount the reservoir bracket to the pivot bolt. Aloha Alex
