Stutter at low rpm

This is my first duc, so i don't know if this is normal.

Anything below 3000rpm I feel like the bike is clunking kinda as if while riding an inline four and trying to takeoff from a dead stop in 3rd gear ....
I don't know if i am explaining myself right.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with the stock gearing .

Any input could help

These engines don't like low RPMs. Below 4000 it will lug when you try to get on it. Adjusting the air bleed screws and taking all the slack out of the throttle cables helps but you need to ride it like you stole it. I ride between 4000 and 7000 RPMs all the time, that is the happy spot for the Hyper. It will never act like an inline 4 so don't try.

Enjoy the song of a Duc wailing down the road.

Get a Fatduc and Iridium plugs, it'll smooth out a lot of the lug at low RPM's.

Linear O2 Manipulator. With stock ECU, below ~4k RPM the engine is closed loop (i.e. using oxygen sensor to obtain a certain AFR). The fatduc goes inline with the O2 sensor to trick the ecu into thinking it is running leaner to richin' it up. Purely a voltage change i believe.
