Deciding between lightly modified 09S or new SP?

I've been shopping for a Hyper for a while now and am considering a 2009 1100S with 10,000 miles ($12,000) and the following modifications:

Termignoni carbon fiber exhaust w/ upgraded ECU map, carbon fiber sliders, Ducati tank armor & tank bag, fender eliminator kit w/ carbon fiber turn signals, Pazzo adjustable levers, Rizoma dry clutch w/ carbon fiber cover

OR a very lightly used 2010 SP for $12,000

Any thoughts from the group based upon your experience?

I'm experienced both on, and off-road and would consider myself a fairly agressive rider. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience.

Too much money for the '09 S.

Not a bad price for the '10 SP if it's slightly used like you say.

I paid $9500 for my '08 S with 43 miles on it. It was stock, but that is half the fun of ownership, modifying it yourself. Expensive, but fun.

I paid $15,900 for a 09 s in sept. Unless you can strap one on your back and swim here, It was my only option for a new, black S.

I'd go SP. That 09 is way over priced maybe like $8,500 it's got 10,000 miles already. Look in the classifieds here there are some Hyper's for sale you can get an Idea of the going rate for a used one. Also the SP is lighter and has more ground clearance plus supposedly more HP.

Thanks for the input guys, I've been looking for a while and was hoping to find a highly modded 09S for a resonable price, but it seems they are tough to find. The stock ones don't seem to be cheap enough to pass up the 2010SP at $13,500 O.T.D. (a price I was just quoted by a dealer).

I also should mention that the original price I posted for the lightly used SP of $12,000 was not out the door, as I had thought.
