My dealer Rocks!! (KOUPS)

I spent all afternoon yesterday cleaning my bike up. I took the rear sprocket and chain off to clean with kerosene. When I was done cleaning it. It almost look like new again. I had the bike in the stand and I needed to moved the bike a little. I moved the bike with stand on. That was a HUGE mistake the bike fell on to the right while I was pushing it from the back. I couldn't believed it. I picked it up and looked for damage. The right handle guard was broken. No damage to the bike, the bike felt in the big arm of the stand.


I went today to the dealer to buy a new handguard or do crg mirror and move the turn signals. I told them about my problem. The guy went back and brought and used handguard and gave it to me. He said is yours all you need to buy is the bracket that holds is it to the handle bar. He also gave me good price on that. From $65 to $45. WOW

I wish I could say good things about my dealer, but nope, mine sucks pretty hard.

Since November 2009 they know I want to trade in my Hyper for a StreetFighter S and that a friend of mine also wants one. So that's 2 customer ready to buy almost 50k worth of bikes and equipment.
The only thing we want is to try the bike before.

Well since then, they are still unable to book us a try out. They failed to book us on the SF at the Ducati day (we got t try try the 1198 instead...).
And even tho they have a SF demo, they keep it for them as a personal bike.


They dont give a shit up here about their customer, they are the only dealer in the area.
Thank god Guy Martin is here to look after our Ducati's
