FWIW CycleWorld says 0-60mph in 3.3 seconds in its test of the '08 S model . . . (and 11.81 sec. @ 111.59 mph for 1/4 mi.)

watched top gear the other day and Clarkson was driving a £846,000.00 Bucati. He was ranting about 0-60 in 2.8 seconds and said that it was mind blowing. That's what made me think of the hyper. There's not much difference in performance although the car does 246mph but who need that. Think of all the hypers you could buy for that money
