Hypermotard? in "Knight and Day" with Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz
I have seen some of the clips of the Hypermotard in the new movie Knight and Day with Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz and that is not a Hypermotard wrong swing arm and wrong motor almost looks like a water cooled motor from a Husaberg. Does any body know what kind of a bike they pieced together?

Looks like a hyper to me. Was thinking they used the 796 in the movie since Tom is a short guy.
After looking at the Pic I'm almost positve it's the 796 because of the hydrualic clutch reservoir

My wife gets the weekly Us magazine and there is a picture of one of the bikes and it is no way a hypermotard I am sure they must of made up something to do some of the stunts on.

In that picture the stator case says Aprilia. So might be one of the ones they built for the movie.

LOL. That is absolutely an Aprilia SXV with a ducati frame glued to the outside of the SXV frame. The ducati muffler is for show since you can see the sxv muffler in front of the rear wheel. What a bizarre frankenstien of a bike!

Wow!! It is!! That's wild!! Why on earth would they do that? I mean, obviously Ducati is paying therm for product placement, but they couldn't do whatever stunts aren't CGI on a Hyper!??
