Toc sound on hard front braking?

Hi, hope I will be able to get some advice.
When I'm doing hard front braking at the end of the braking when the suspension collaps I hear a toc that I can also feel in the handle bar. It only happen on hard braking...

I checked:
-the caliper are well torqued
-I tried to check the steering head base and I cant feel any loose but my method was questionnable since I don't have anything to hold the bike in the air. I putted a floor jack under the motor to lift the front end...

I can't see anything that could do that?

how hard are you braking when it happens? You may be bottoming the fork.

I have putted a piece of tape on the lower portion of the fork to see if I was hitting it when braking and it was not the case. I'm maybe 1 to 1.5 inch before the end. If I would bottom out the upper section would go strait to the end of the lower section of the fork? I guess also there is some kind of a bumper on this to prevent metal to metal contact when you bottom out?

IIRC, there's more fork leg than travel. I've bottomed out the forks under quick heavy braking as well.

You're bottoming out the fork.

Adjust your compression dampening to compensate (turn it in).

I used a tyerap to obtain the exact measure and it's 1.050''. I tried to turn in my adjustment but still bottom (if it's what causing my issue)when doing nose wheelie, is it normal? I had a DRZ400SM before, I know its not the same, and I never bottom out the fork doing this?

What brand? Do you have a Part number? From where did you ordered them?

If it's my case I will have to do the same...

I'm going for a warranty end inspection to the dealer so I will show them the issue and if they confirm I will go for that...

It's strange cause it feel really like a metal to metal contact, I was thinking that there should have been so type of bottom out protection on this fork...
