I use Mobil 1 15W50 EP in my dry clutch bikes (BMW & the Hyper).

performerk, this oil topic has been discussed in exhausting detail here.
Do a search, and take a week off, so you can devote yourself to reading all the info
What you'll find is an enormous amount of conflicting arguments and no general consensus, we all prefer slightly different brands and viscosities for different reasons.

No matter what choice you make there is 1 thing that they all have in common. They are way overpriced for what it is. The more times it claims to be synthetic or for a twin, the higher the price per quart.

Yep, that is why you can buy regular Rotella or synthetic 15W 40 by the gallon at Wally World and save a fortune. Many a biker run this and it seems to work. I don't run this in my bikes, but I have run it in my diesel truck and my generator in my toyhauler and it is good oil.
Out!

Aw c'mon guys! He didn't ask which is best!
I run Motul 300V for the smell and reactions when people see green in my oil sight glass...to my reply is that she overheats and I added some antifreeze in there to cool it down.

Redline motorcycle oil 20w50, the oil uses a ester base, which stays on "hot" metal better, and can take higher engine temps before breaking down. Aloha Alex
