What is your setting on the Fatduc
For those of you with the Fatduc 02 manipulators, where did you end up setting it at? And is the engine stock otherwise or have you made any mods?

Stock pipes, airbox lid, K&N, Fatduc not quite 1 o'clock. G2 throttle, fatduc, and iridium plugs are the three you need to smooth out the throttle without going to DP ECUs

Thanks CDONA! Do the iridium plugs make a big difference on our bikes?

+1 on the Iridium plugs, G2 Throttle Tamer and FatDuc. Another "fix" is to take nearly ALL the slack out of the throttle cable. I was finding that the slack was making fine adjustments mid-corner impossible without lurching.
As for the FatDuc. I tried a bunch of settings, and finally settled on @10 'oclock (13.95:1 in FatDuc speak). Any less, and I had surging, any more, and the bike started to lose power. At 10, I have no surging below 4k rpm and some mild popping on decel, which I like!
My Hyper is 100% stock, but it seems like each Hyper has a slightly different setting that it likes.

I however am optimistic about the iridiums in the Hyper. I do agree that it should make a difference in this type of an engine.

I have the Leo Vince Cat Eliminator. I am at the 1:00 position now and the Λάμβδα error check engine light came on briefly and disappeared. I think the bike runs really good but the idle seems a little lumpy now.

At the 2:00 position, the surge is virtually gone and the bike runs really smooth but the idle is lumpy and sometimes it will go low enough to almost stall. It really is hard to find a happy medium but it is what it is and for $80, one certainly cannot complain.
I went back to the 12:00 position and the idle is smoother but the surging has noticeably increased.

I enriched mine to JUST kill the surging then adjusted the air bleeds to help the lumpy idle, now 1 1/4 turns out. CEL always comes on until you get enough heat in the O2 probe.

Oh yeah thank I forgot about those things.
I just looked at the instruction from fatduc and it says to stabilize the idle between 1100-1200 rpms. My Hyper always idled around 1350/1400 rpms. 1100 rpms seems kinda low.
